4 Pillars of Web Access Development Approach
![]()
Web Access approach to developing a be-spoke client project has been evolved over a large number of projects developed in the past 6-7 years. The development approach is based on 4 principles.
ETVX Paradigm - At Web Access we follow a hybrid methodology by combining Rapid Application Development with the Iterative process. Each step of the development is executed within ETVX paradigm.

Iterative Process - The site theme creation and UI Design processes are essentially iterative in nature. Web Access design team will develop a design theme option initially for further discussions with the client. Based on the inputs and the feedback received from the client a second iteration of the design theme will be created and reviewed with the client. In our experience, most of the designs are approved after the first or the second iteration. In some rare a third iteration may be required. During the iterative process, quick turnover is essential to timely delivery of the project.
Changes - Changes during the development life cycle are inevitable, but unless they are controlled with some degree of discipline, such changes can destroy a Project. Web Access will accommodate all logical and reasonable changes that are essential for the business. We shall conduct feasibility analysis of changes requested and communicate to the client, the impact of the change and the possible solution.
Communication and Monitoring - It is essential to establish communication channels, monitoring and status reporting procedures. We believe in taking the user along during the development life cycle. We organize frequent demos of the work done. We set up a staging server. The staging server is updated with latest code. Client can access the staging server to review the work done and provide feedback.
