Application Support and Management

Web Access has strong ability to manage large applications across technology platforms especially Open Source technologies for our clients. Over the last 7 years, Web Access have managed large applications for our global clients such as CiviCRM () based on stringent Service Level Agreements (SLA's). The duration of support is flexible wherein a dedicated/non-dedicated team works for the customers.

Web Access offers its Application Management services for the applications built around Open Source, Client-Server and Internet technologies. The Application Management offering includes the following tasks:

Corrective Maintenance - involves repair of defects that prevent an
application from accurately processing data or producing correct results
Adaptive Maintenance - addresses the alignment of IT solutions to dynamic business requirements
Preventive Maintenance - focuses on the repair of inherent application defects to minimize the risk of recurring problems not discovered so far
Preventive maintenance can be both corrective and adaptive in nature
Application Enhancements (Release Management) – includes planned functional releases in line with product life cycle. The enhancements typically include maintenance cum development work requests
Pre-release testing
Production deployment
