IBH Publishing Services is the BPO arm of India Book House and provides publishing services to its overseas clients. IBH Publishing Services provides effective, IT-enabled solutions for publishers and content providers to control and manage crucial business processes for enhanced productivity, controlling costs and increasing quality standards.

The solution was to provide an overview of each job for different departments of IBH as well as a comprehensive overview for management and IBH clients. IBH clients were to be enabled to directly add jobs and review progress of their jobs remotely. Benefits and Outcome
The Process Flow Management solution helped to automatically collect and collate data and eliminated the need for duplicate entry of data.
