Imaginovation = Imagination + Innovation
How does the human eye read? I am not talking about the optics of the eye lenses. I am more interested in the semantics of reading: word by word -> line by line -> page by page from left to right and top to bottom. Using this imagination, make an analogy and develop an algorithm to parse electronic files to convert them into mineable digital data. What comes out is an imaginovative patented algorithm. That is the power of imaginovation.
Imaginovation is a way of life at Web Access.
How did we go about creating the culture of Imaginovation at Web Access?
The answer to this question is quite simple with enough complexity as there is no one single answer. Some of the Imaginovative practices we follow are:
- Encourage and reward creativity.
- To foster creativity among all employees and ability to harness imagination into innovation we organize Imaginovative competitions.
- Reward the top of the class ideas.
- Provide full support to the employee(s) to convert their imagination into reality.

- Identifying creativity in people is a continuous occupation at Web Access. Our experience suggests that people have highly fertile imagination.
- We make our employees to go through the experiences that a customer would face while using the solutions provided by them. In the process we do junk some of the work we have done. It takes effort to bring out one master piece of solution.
