digiORB:
digiORB (digital Oil Record Book) is an easy to use software that addresses the problem faced by ship as well as owner/ship manager in terms of identifying entries to be made in ORB. digiORB's uniqueness lies in its ability to automate calculations in entries and display alerts/warnings when the entries for ORB are inconsistent with expected entries. It also allows checking of entries by Chief Engineer / Chief Officer, electronic confirmation by the Master, maintains electronic backup, zipped records can be forwarded to Ship Manager's System, and creates entries that can then be copied into the official ORB. It allows entries to be calculated and displayed for the user to copy onto the Ship's ORB, thus serving as a review aid.
