Users don't care about technical details of software.Users care about the big picture Their daily tasks, Business decisions, and How software fits in with other tools that they need to use on a daily basis. Only then can you work backward and figure out what's possible in the current version and timeline		Often times the things that make software great aren’t the large and complex features but the simple details that show care, refinement and understanding.		It takes multiple revisions to learn what works and what doesn’t. In each revision it is natural to add new features, but to keep your application simple, you need to consider how you can rework, and reduce these new features into existing concepts.

Interface Design Process

Discover	We first seek to understand and discover. We want to understand your product, your company and your customers. Only through understanding can we begin to offer suggestions to simplify that makes sense
Define	We work with you to define the scope of the project. Our services range from graphic design and user interface design to full prototype development. A good project definition helps us focus on what's most important to you
Evaluate	If you have an existing product we can do a full evaluation of your product. This gives you fresh eyes for viewing your application critically. We use this as a springboard into future steps in designing and refining your software
Design and Refine	We begin with the most visible aspects of your application and work through your product design, refining screen elements and design issues. This process is repeated several times to ensure that the design meets the needs of your customers
Re-evaluation	Six months after we complete our designs we check in to ensure that the vision of the design has carried through. Often times new features and requirements may shift priorities for a project. Our re-evaluation is a checkpoint to ensure your interface is easy to use. This is another way that we ensure our clients are 100% satisfied with our work
